- Free on-premise license: perpetual runtime use with published volume limits, currently total storage and active records.
- Unlimited on-premise license: perpetual runtime use without signed runtime volume limits.
- Maintenance entitlement: update and package-download eligibility through the maintenance end date; it does not expire the installed runtime.
License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software internally for your business.
You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the software as a hosted service to third parties without a separate agreement.

Free licenses may include aggregate volume limits. Current public limits are total storage and active records. Active records include active entity instances, open board items, active entitlements, and future registered runtime counters. Paid unlimited on-premise licenses remove these runtime volume limits unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Несплата та пільговий період
On-premise runtime licenses are perpetual. Maintenance non-renewal does not place an installed system into ReadOnly mode and does not block normal use of the installed version.
If a license file is missing, invalid, issued for another product, or cannot be verified, the system may switch to ReadOnly mode. If a free-plan volume limit is reached, growth operations may be blocked until usage is reduced or the license is upgraded; reads, exports, deletes, archive/complete/remove/cancel-style remediation actions, and other cleanup actions may remain available.
Support and maintenance
Support and update rights are defined in your commercial agreement. For perpetual licenses, maintenance renewals may be required to download packages published after the maintenance end date or to receive commercial support. Installed systems remain usable after maintenance ends.
License verification
On-prem deployments use offline license verification. If a license is missing or invalid, the system may restrict functionality.
Телеметрія
On-prem telemetry is disabled by default.
If telemetry is enabled by agreement, it is limited to operational and usage signals needed to improve the product, and will never include sensitive content without explicit consent.
