Delegated access

Delegated access is access created by a module or related resource because a process needs it. Instead of giving broad permanent permission, Moltaro can show that access exists because a user is connected to a board item, entitlement, resource, or other governed workflow.

Delegated access should remain explainable: the user can see the work they need, and administrators can understand which source created that access.
