Moving items

Moving an item changes its process state on the board. Depending on the board, users may drag a card, choose a transition action, or complete required fields before the move is accepted.

If a move is blocked, Moltaro should explain what is missing or which rule prevents the change. Movement is part of the item’s history, so teams can review how work progressed.
