Board history

Board history shows how an item moved through the process: status changes, responsibility changes, comments, attachments, due-date updates, and other board-specific events when they are tracked.

History helps users understand not only where an item is now, but how it got there and who acted along the way.

Board events in record history

When a tracked record is placed on a board, moved between board statuses, or removed from a board, those events also appear in the record’s own history page when the record type keeps an audit trail. Each event shows the board and status names captured at that moment, so people reviewing the record see its process journey without opening the board, whether the action was performed by a person or by automation.
