Due dates

Due dates help users see which board items need attention soon, which are overdue, and which can wait. They are useful when a process has service levels, review deadlines, renewal windows, or operational promises.

Due-date indicators are signals, not a substitute for responsibility. A clear board should show both what is late and who is expected to act.
