Statuses

Statuses describe where a board item is in the process. They often appear as lanes or groups on the board, such as New, In progress, Waiting, Review, Done, or a domain-specific equivalent.

Good statuses help users understand the next step. Too many vague statuses make the board harder to read and harder to govern.
