Transitions

Transitions define allowed movement between statuses. They can make a board more controlled than a free-form drag from any lane to any other lane.

Current transitions define the allowed path and remain subject to permissions and existing runtime governance. Enabled Board Constraints can now require configurable facts for exact transitions, status entry, and status exit. Status-invariant constraints also protect supported Board Item, Board Data, and Target Entity changes while the item remains in the governed status.
