Audit trail

Audit trail gives users and administrators evidence for governed changes: what changed, who changed it, and when it happened. It helps teams trust the current state of a record instead of relying on memory or side notes.

Audit visibility can still be access-aware. A user may see that a change happened without being allowed to inspect every sensitive value involved.
