Filters and saved views

Board filters help users focus on the items that matter now: assigned work, overdue items, one status, one cycle, one target type, or a repeated team view.

Text search checks the Board item’s own number and text. When an item targets a record, it also checks the readable fields and related paths that administrators configured as search targets for that record type. Changes to that search configuration apply to the next search without copying record text into the Board. Text from records or related records you cannot read never contributes a match. If no record search targets are configured, the Board still searches its own text plus the target number and readable display name.

Saved views are useful when a team monitors the same slice of work every day. Access still applies, so two users can open the same view and see different items.
